My name is Roslyn "Sunshine" Carver and I am the owner and operator of The RC Travel Group.
I truly believe my travel agency was born out of God’s timing and provision. For years, I have loved planning trips for family, friends, and coworkers — finding hidden gems, organizing details, and helping people experience the world has brought me such joy and happiness. But I never imagined turning it into a business until God opened doors I didn’t even know to knock on. He gave me the confidence, resources, and clarity to take the first step. The right training opportunities came at the right time, the right mentors appeared when I needed guidance, and the ideas I struggled with suddenly fell into place. I didn’t build this agency on my strength alone—God blessed me with the vision, favor, and purpose to begin something bigger than myself. Therefore, I see it as my responsibility to use it to bless others through the world of travel.

The RC Travel Group has been a blessing to so many people because I don’t just book trips—I put my heart into every detail. Whether it’s finding accessible options for families, securing special touches for anniversaries, or designing trips that match someone’s budget without losing quality, I go the extra mile because I want people to feel cared for.
For many clients, travel is more than a vacation—it’s a moment to heal, reconnect, celebrate, or step into something new. Being able to play a part in that is a blessing I don’t take lightly. I treat people with honesty and kindness, and I serve with excellence because I want every trip to remind them that they are valued.

Travel broadens our understanding, refreshes our spirits, and reminds us that God’s creation is bigger and more beautiful than we imagine. I tell people that stepping outside their routine—whether it’s a trip across the country or a weekend getaway—can inspire gratitude, courage, and joy!
When I speak with clients, I share stories, ideas, and destinations that align with their interests, but I also encourage them to try things they may have never considered. I want them to explore, discover, and grow. My goal is to help people see travel not as a luxury, but as an opportunity to connect with others, appreciate every moment, and create memories that last.
